LOVE AS THERAPY

Love is healing for young and old alike. Love has the highest frequency vibration and is the best cure for healing. When love is experienced the positive reactions felt are unlimited. The feeling of love produces certain chemical reactions as well as hormonal effects in the body that create an emotional high unmatched by any other means of healing. When we are in love we feel infallible and we walk on clouds. We feel like we can move mountains. We would not create an illness or allow anything detrimental into our energies because we want to remain in that high forever. When our heart is full of love, we feel and live at our highest performance and we glow with our whole being. We feel connected with the universe and in harmony within and without. Life without love can be devastating on all levels of our body and illness can then occur and reoccur. Love is the heart chakra and when we fill our heart with love we heal our heart and when we heal our heart we heal ourselves.
Fill yourself with genuine love for partner, family, friends and life, and you will immediately produce a healing effect for yourself.
Having understanding and compassion for your fellow human beings helps you to cultivate the feeling of love. Forgiving those, who in your opinion have done you wrong, frees your heart of sadness and bitterness making room to fill your heart with love. Love people, love life, love your work and above all love yourself. Love is a magnet and when you fill your heart with unconditional love, not expecting anything in return, you will attract love to you. Love is the best healing therapy that exists.
You need not wait for nor depend on the one person to fall in love. It is possible for you to cultivate the feeling of love on your own. With training and practice as with everything else, you can achieve your goal.
To begin with, focus on yourself, learn to like yourself, be good to yourself, pamper yourself, and learn to love yourself with all your strengths and weaknesses. Keep your thoughts and behavior always positive and constructive. Do not indulge in criticism or negative thoughts or inter actions. There is in everything the good as well as the bad side. Look for the good in everything. Learn to be cheerful, to laugh, to enjoy life and surround yourself with people you like. Be friendly and kind to everyone around you. Make your home bright and cheerful, have flowers around, listen to lively love songs, if you are alone and lonely get a pet. Think and breathe love. You’ll be surprised how your heart will fill with the feeling of love, how healthy you will be and you’ll be surprised how much love will come your way. Try it, it really works.
